Warranty Policy And Cancellation Policy


All our furniture and accessories carry a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The following applies to all Warranty claims:

  1. The original sales invoice, or other proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  2. Warranties cover factory faults or defects onl NO damages caused by wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship are covered
  3. Warranties cannot be claimed where the product has been altered in any way from its original state
  4. Warranties apply for domestic use on Products used for commercial use are
  5. NOT covered unless specifically stated on the invoice.
  6. We are entitled to request images of the damaged product before any of the above takes place.
  7. Signing od the delivery note confirms receipt of the goods in good order and condition.

If within 6 months after delivery, you find that the product is defective/faulty, Furntech is entitled to repair or replace the defective/faulty goods (if available) or repair or replace the whole product (if available). Should Furntech not be able to repair or replace the product with a new item, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

Cancellations and  refunds

Because so much time and effort goes into our products especially made to order products, we are unable to accept cancellations of orders. If you cancel your order at any stage before manufacture has commenced, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the order price. You will forfeit your deposit should you cancel your order after manufacturing has commenced.

This determination will be made at our discretion, based on the stage of manufacturing that we are at, and the materials that have been sourced. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please select your item carefully.
